Plugins Bulk Action: Delete is not working

Description

Hello,

When I am trying to delete selected plugins. It is doing nothing.

Ideal process should be when anyone wants to delete the activated plugin, then it should first uninstall the plugin and then delete it.

But when I am trying to do so, nothing is happening.
