CSS is not easily adjustable using VS or any other CSS editor

Description
Trying to hide an update button that reads as button.button but that value is update_cart in CSS. For this you normally can update via woocommerce.css. But, recent updates to core and woocommerce seems to not enable view of the CSS in a usable viewing / editing format.
