Description

A number of other functions and filters in wp-includes/category-template.php have got proper comments for better understanding. However 'the_category' filter in line number 151 has not got proper comment as per the WordPress standard.

This filter is already documented at the end of get_the_category_list()​.

Per the ​documentation standards, the other two instances are documented as duplicates.
