Refresh problems on update

Description

After updating to 5.2.1 there was a slight refresh problem in the Classic Editor and Transaction processing for Authorize.net (the latest update) breaks refresh for invoicing i.e., the Update button. The Visual Editor and Code Editor don't function together anymore i.e., can't justify text and it appear properly without going to the Code Editor; if I copy and paste from a Word document into the Visual Editor justification does not exist.

Steps to resolve so far:

  1. Toggle between Classic Editor and Gutenberg to force functionality in Preview and Update Buttons
  1. Uninstall Authorize.net's latest update which breaks invoicing features.
