    1111Better: detect the state where ALL columns are empty and conditionally present a different, more contextually appropriate message, eg: "Add boxes from the Screen Options menu". Maybe a change around here https://core.trac.wordpress.org/browser/trunk/src/wp-admin/js/postbox.js?rev=36295#L194 could accomplish this.
