Expanding "Passed Tests" in Site Health unlocks the scroll lock on left admin menu

Description

If you visit:

Tools > Site Health and expand "Passed Tests" and scroll down, the admin menu on the left also scrolls with it, although in most applications it doesn't.

Hiya,

I'm not able to replicate this behavior on a plain 5.2.2 install with just a default theme, could you check if this might be related to a plugin or theme conflict?

Good catch!

Jetpack it is. I did a fresh installation and checked plugins one by one.

Can you confirm?

No need to register with Wordpress.com

Just install and check.

I'm still unable to replicate the problems you are experiencing on my own site, but as you've found the problem on your end, I'm at least going to close this ticket, and I'd encourage you to follow up with the plugin authors for whichever plugin created this unexpected behavior for you.
