Photo cutting problem

Hi, I have a problem with cutting photos.
If I log in from Mac I have no problem cropping photos, if I log in from PC (the same admin user) I can’t select the cut button.
Why?
If I change the image passing while I edit the post I have this problem. If I click on Media and edit the image I have no problem.
I tried to disable all the plugins but the problem does not change.
I Use Google Chrome. I tried to disable all Google Chrome plugins. No changes.

Thanks for this ticket, and welcome to Trac!

Can you provide a bit more information?

• Are you using the block editor or the Classic editor?
• You tagged the version as 5.1.1. I’m removing this value because that field on Trac is actually for the first version affected by the issue. But, 5.1.1 is an outdated version of WordPress. Can you please upgrade to 5.2.2 (the latest version at the time of this comment) and see if you can still reproduce the issue?
• if you can reproduce in 5.2.2, can you please provide some more detailed step by step instructions so others can easily recreate the problem. I was having trouble visualizing the path you described to experience the issue.

It's been a while since we have seen response in this ticket. In a recent Media component meeting it was decided that we should close this as there is not enough information to reproduce. Feel free to reproduce if this is still impacting! Thank you!
