Add the feature to translate the top image plugin pages and screenshots.

Hi there, and welcome to WordPress trac!

The features on WordPress.org are actually covered by the Meta team, they have their own issue tracker (​Meta trac), and there's even work on this feature ongoing there.

You can follow along at ​https://meta.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/3935, where some of this has already been implemented.

Since there's already a ticket in a more appropriate location, I'm going to mark this ticket as closed, and any additional feedback can be provided on the other ticket.
