Reset Link E-Mail Has No Reset Link

Description

I have been using WordPress since 4.8 version. When users want to reset their passwords from wp-login.php?action=lostpassword address, reset password e-mail has no reset link.

I usually fix this problem like that: ​http://www.sagarnangare.net/how-to-fix-password-reset-link-not-displaying-in-wordpress-emails/

Bu I think it is a bug and should fixed.
