This seems like a plugin, your theme, or your hosting setup is blocking certain requests, I'd recommend opening a topic on our ​support forums so one of our volunteers there can have a look at this with you, but to get you started if possible please try again with any plugins disabled and a default theme (such as Twenty Nineteen) enabled.

I'm going to close this ticket (with the unfortunately named invalid keyword, it's what our bugtracker uses), as it's more a support request, but if it's discovered to be in part relating to a bug, we can re-open it at that time.
