Adding a filter for $searchand variable

Description

Hi,
I wish to know if we can add a filter to the $searchand variable in parse_search method to give the developer the option to modify the logic to OR instead of AND. I believe it will help a lot as it happens in some websites where people search for many words will not be accurate. In these cases OR may be better.
