Description

Hi there,
I have tried to log onto my Network admin dashboard, but I cannot get any further.

I am getting this error:

Error establishing a database connection
If your site does not display, please contact the owner of this network. If you are the owner of this network please check that MySQL is running properly and all tables are error free.

Could not find site 3.9.83.17.xip.io. Searched for table wpa4_blogs in database bitnami_wordpress. Is that right?

What do I do now? Read the bug report page. Some of the guidelines there may help you figure out what went wrong. If you’re still stuck with this message, then check that your database contains the following tables:

wpa4_users
wpa4_usermeta
wpa4_blogs
wpa4_signups
wpa4_site
wpa4_sitemeta
wpa4_registration_log
wpa4_blog_versions

I can connect to the instance on AWS.

Could you please assist?

Thinus
