jquery.js included in WordPress is throwing an error in IE8 browser after WordPress 5.2.1 update. Kindly check the image for more information about the error thrown while running in IE8

Hello @manojmohandev and welcome to WordPress trac.

For better or worse, WordPress no longer supports ie8 - see https://make.wordpress.org/core/handbook/best-practices/browser-support/ so I don't think this ticket will get much attention.

Closing as invalid, if you have a fix to contribute you can re-open this ticket.
