    33- Docker images now exist for PHP 5.2-7.3.
    44- WP-CLI and PHPUnit images now obey the `LOCAL_PHP` environment variable.
     5- Include the `docker-compose.scripts.yml` file that was missing in the previous patch.
    56- Added a `README.md` file, with documentation of the NPM scripts.
    67- First pass at converting Travis to using Docker images (currently not working).
