Description

Feature request: honor TZ in <dc:date> when importing from RSS
Implementation: massage the ISO 8601:2000 date format into something strtotime() will understand
Patch: attached [import-rss-tz.patch]
Caveat: It Works For Me(TM) but lightly tested. Hopefully this will give someone a head-start on implementing the feature.
