cannot upload mp3 - "Could not insert post into the database"

Hi guys, I have some mp3 that I want to upload to the media library using the WP native "Upload new media" functionality.
I use 5.2.2 version of WP.
I have some mp3 that fail to upload and I will attempt to attach them here, as well as attach images.
Once I hit "Upload" button, after a few seconds another page opens with just one message "Could not insert post into the database".

However, I managed to upload some other mp3, only those that I need fail to upload.

I checked the mp3 that fail to upload if they are correct mp3 files, they were ok.

I found some thread for this error message around here but none was helpful.

If any help or idea what to check can be offered, I will be grateful.

Hello @deyanpavlov welcome to Trac and thank you for the ticket.

I downloaded you 02-Ein Bischen-Frieden.mp3 file and tried to upload it to my media library, just to see the same error as you. So I can confirm the problem. However, I don't know why. My memory limit (512MB) and uploads size are more than sufficient, I believe.

This appears to be the same issue as in #46800 (MP3 metadata is encoded in ISO-8859-1 and has characters invalid in UTF-8), the patch there works as expected in my testing. Let's continue the discussion there.
