Can't scroll through the More Tools & Options Menu

Description
When I click on the More Tools & Options Menu, I can't scroll through the options on my screen. I have a 13 inch laptop and not all options from the menu appear on my screen. When I scroll down, the menu stays the same.
My workaround is making my screen smaller, so that the menu appears smaller and in full as well. Can the menu become scrollable?

Hi @boredtodeathbookclub. I'm unable to recreate this. When I make my browser window smaller—to simulate using the block editor on a device with a smaller screen size—I'm able to scroll the More menu.
If you're still encountering this bug, could you please re-open the issue in the Gutenberg repository which is where development of the block editor happens?
