Description

Just like we have simple update notification for the core code, we should do it for plugins when we can.

I dunno if I like the placement of the update notice though, but I can't really think of a better place to put it. Perhaps adding a column on the right saying "Update"? Dunno...

No need for any check links or anything as update checks are done automatically.

It's just the "update available" notice placement that perhaps need to be moved to a cleaner spot. I'm not a web designer though, so I wouldn't know where would be better.
