Parent pages are not visible in the Page Attributes metabox

This appears to have only started happening regularly after I had already set a few pages to have parents. Eventually, the behaviour was consistent.

In this metabox there should be a page called MOVAX Manipulator, but as you can see there is not. (metabox.gif attached)

But, the page is visible and can be selected when in quick edit mode (quick-edit.gif attached).

I was able to replicate this on a fresh instance of WordPress using Twenty Nineteen theme and no plugins activated.

As I am able to work around this issue by using the quick edit option, I'm labelling this issue as normal severity.
