Some stuff has bee deprecated in order to smooth the transition to jQuery 1.2, but nothing has been removed yet.

We should upgrade to 1.1.4 for WP 2.3 now and fix any JS bugs over the next few weeks as they appear.

This really should get into 2.3. There are problems with 1.1.3 and 1.1.3.1 causing older versions of Safari to not load the page at all.

OTH it does look like they added some very nice new functions. I already have my mind going 100mph thinking of the new slice and has functions.
