There are a few packages in the Twenty Nineteen package.json file that should be updated.

Also, the node_modules folder should be ignored in SVN.

Bundled Themes: Update/audit NPM dependencies for Twenty Nineteen.

Also, ignore the node_modules folder for Twenty Nineteen.
