Getting notice when deactivated our plugin.

Description

Hi,

I have installed a plugin. in the plugin registered CPT. also frontend side the user able to create a post & add the comment(). after disabled the plugin, we are showing some notice. because CPT is unregistered after plugin desabled.

Note: We have turned on the error log in the config file.

The debug warning is expected. You either have to delete the comments or register the post type again. See #16956 and [34091] for background.
