change the default value to https on print_custom_links_available_menu_item method

Hi,
currently the default value on wp-includes/class-wp-customize-nav-menus.php:1176 -> print_custom_links_available_menu_item() is http.

Nowadays every website must be https, why you don't set the default value to https?
