Gutenberg block editable after change name

Description
- Create own WP Block. (/wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=wp_block)
- Insert this block at any Post/Page with Gutenberg editor.
- Click your WP Block then click Edit, change name.
- Now you can (really no) change WP Block colors and CSS class, fonts etc.
- Changes you made not applying to WP Block, just interface issue.

Upd. Now i see Save button. But no any warnings when i leave page with not saved block.

Hi @ArtZ91. When I insert a reusable block, click Edit, and then try to navigate away to a different WP Admin page, I see a "Are you sure?" prompt.
If you're still encountering this bug, could you please re-open the issue in the Gutenberg repository which is where development of the block editor happens?
