Post/Page status orders for Manage and Write should be the same

The Manage -> Posts post_status filter's dropdown should have the statuses listed in the same order as on the Write -> Post screen

Same for pages.

The orders found on the Write screens "[feel] like the most natural progression" according to my exhaustive survey of all available Matt Thomases.

Attached uses that order.
