2020 and Portfolio Shortcode

I've tried to use Portfolio Shortcode in thema 2020 (WordPress 5.3-RC4-46673) but it doesn't seem to work.
Is it a bug or I was wrong?

There is no portfolio shortcode in WordPress. If your previous theme had it defined, then you need to switch back to that theme or find a plugin to supply it.
(that's why WordPress repository does not allow themes to define shortcodes)

That documentation is only valid for the service and hosting at as they offer a lot more than running/hosting WordPress. WordPress is the self hosted software developed here.
