The REST API encountered an error

I am running the new Site Health to my WordPress and I encountered an error I am not able to fix:

The REST API encountered an error
The REST API is one way WordPress, and other applications, communicate with the server. One example is the block editor screen, which relies on this to display, and save, your posts and pages.

The REST API request failed due to an error.
Error: [] cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10000 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received.

Any idea on how to proceed?

Hi there, and welcome to the WordPress trac.

This is where we handle enhancements and bugs for the WordPress core software, unfortunately it sounds like you may be looking more for support.

You can reach out to our support volunteers over at the support forums, and they'll be able to help you look into this problem.

I'm going to close this ticket for now, but it can be re-opened if it's discovered that your problems relate to an issue with WordPress it self.

Note: See TracTickets for help on using tickets.
