When a core update is available, the notification message says "Please upgrade" but the footer says "Please update". Is it an upgrade or an update?

SVN uses the command svn update. I find I'm always getting apt-get update and apt-get upgrade confused. Can we keep WP's terminology and the terminology SVN uses the same?

+1 to update
Update means newer version.
Upgrade seems like you'd be switching to some type of premium WordPress or something, heh.

Patch to change core update notification to "A new version of WordPress is available! Please update now."
