Description
Since 5.3 when inserting an image from the media library a whole section that allowed choosing the image size has disappeared

This looks like a theme CSS issue. In WP 5.3, the wrapping HTML tags for the image size select have changed, which will be the reason. @TonyLanc please update your theme to its latest version and the dropdown should appear again.
On a fresh WP install with TwentyTwenty theme the select shows as it should.

It sure is not available now... Checked on my end... Was it removed by core team or accidental bug?
