Add "image from this post" feature not available in Gutenberg

Description
Before Gutenberg, when adding images to a post, we had the options to upload a new image, or to add an image from our media library. If we chose "from our media library", we could browse all of our images by date OR browse the "images uploaded to this post" only. That feature (images uploaded to this post) doesn't seem to be available in Gutenberg. It was a most convenient feature, and one that I feel should be added.
