Description

Hello,

i have noticed that updating a selected plugin via Update Plugins submit button (and translation updates are available) the updater also auto-update translations also.

i did not test if the behaviour is the same for selecting an updating all the plugins from list at once.

Updating translations along with a plugin or theme is intended behavior, see #32270 for more details.
