Description
Under the excerpts field is a link to https://codex.wordpress.org/Excerpt with the text "Learn more about manual excerpts". That URL should be changed to https://wordpress.org/support/article/excerpt/.

That text and link managed by
wp-includes/js/dist/editor.jsJS file and that JS file is part of a new editor so @SergeyBiryukov can you please check this?https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/blob/master/wp-includes/js/dist/editor.js#L7806
