Multi-parent under Multi sub-categories

Description

I have 5 categories called A,B,C,D,E (parent)
and I have 2 sub-category

I need 2 sub-categories under all parent categories A,B,C,D,E

is that possible

Specific to your question, yes you can have 2 sub-categories per parent category. They can even have the same Names, but their slugs will need to be unique. I hope that answers your question.
