Incorrect categories listed in Blogroll Add Categories form

The Category parent select box in the Blogroll Categories page, lists post categories and not link_categories

No, it's not, one is inability to do link category hierarchies(is this feature removed?), the other is post categories showing up in link categories list, and the third is Blogroll which used to be a link category, now showing up as a post category. Now I am not sure how all that is the same issue?
