Unable to update the wordpress

Hi,

I have facing issue with WordPress 5.2.5 to WordPress 5.3.1 update. when i am trying to update then some time timeout issue & now we are getting some other error ( other update is currently in progress). for more information see mention below video link & screenshot link.

@iihglobal, were you able to find out any more about this issue? Did it continue to occur for this version?

Any further information you can provide would be helpful in letting us move this ticket forward, or close the ticket if the issue is no longer relevant.

Hi @iihglobal, thanks for the ping and glad to hear you're not getting this issue anymore!

Did you only see the issue when updating to 5.3.1, or did you see it in a later update too? I ask so that it's noted on the ticket if this was a one-off issue, or happened more than once. 🙂

Thank you everyone for collaboration on this. It does seem like it can't be replicated without more information. For now, I am going to move to closed. We can always reconsider if more steps are given and others can reproduce.
