Description

​https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/rss/ works whereas any link on the pagination redirects you to the plugins search page.

Example:
Expected destination: ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/rss/page/2/
Landed on: ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/page/
