vsprintf() when posting in different language than the system

Assuming WordPress installed in English, when posting a post in Hebrew (he_IL) WordPress prints the following bug when viewing the post:

Warning: vsprintf(): Too few arguments in /home/munch653/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1397

Does the issue still happen with all plugins disabled and a default theme (Twenty Twenty) activated?

@shayatik just wanted to make sure that closing the ticket was intentional.

Can you very briefly summarize what was causing the issue if you were able to resolve it (it was a plugin, my theme, custom code, etc.).
