administration interface for tags

Hello

I run Wp from svn and wonder if there shouldn't be an administration interface for the tagging system that comes with WP 2.3? I am thinking of Manage -> Tags, similar to the categories. Things to do there could for example be deleting, adding and renaming tags.

In addition, when writing a new post, it is tiresome and prone to errors to write the tags by hand. Displaying a list of existing tags and allowing to add them by a click to the new post would be very nice.
