Good afternoon,
Been trying to find a contact and I cant find anything except this ticket method. I purchased a theme from Pixel Tribe and received the zip file but it was missing the style.css and now we cant upload the theme. We have been trying to make contact with them but to no avail. We clicked on their link from your website to upgrade to get the Neptune-Real-Estate-Pro and ended up on their website.
We are in South Africa so it is very difficult for us for support. We have sent them countless emails as well as from their website but received nothing in return and we feel that they have stolen our money.
As the link comes from your website, we are hoping that you can assist us as I am sure that you have direct contact with them. All we want is the correct zip file that we paid for and can use. our client topefforts.co.za paid for it.
Please can anyone help us... we dont know what to do.
