Description
It seems that when I add an apostrophe to the title like "WordPress's Blog" etc, the after result when saved, shows that WP automatically ads a backslash before the apostrophe in the title, which is NOT supposed to happen, its pretty easy to re-create the problem, and in this case it's WordPress 2.2.3.
This should be fixed right away, perhaps a 2.2.4 release. Or better yet, in 2.3.
I added a screenshot to show you what I mean, and if you don't beleive me, do it yourself and you'll see what I mean. And strangely this sort of happens in previous WordPresses.

Also, this did not happen in WP 2.2.2 or 2.2.1 or even 2.2.
To note also, in previous versions, only when you make a fresh install of WP and use an apostrophe it will have the backslash, but it seems that in 2.2.3, if you modify it it does the same thing.
After saving the options to modify the title, if an apostrophe is used anywhere, WP automatically ads a backslash before the apostrophe, which is really annoying.
