Change alignment of title text on site health when in desktop

Description

Currently, the site health title text is centre aligned. I would suggest this should be left-aligned over centre.

Looking at the screenshot from @kebbet and I'm wondering if a two column layout would work better here? See attached screenshots (ignore the typo..).

Better with two columns, with a larger graphic thing, but honestly I don't like what the circle communicates, it suggests that it is a progress running somewhere...
