Description
Hello,
I was wondering if we could develop a feature in WordPress that has its own RSS to read feeds from any websites without the use of a plugin. Currently I own a website https://drudge-report.net which is using a third party RSS reader but it makes the website so slow for visitors. I believe a feature like this embedded in wordpress will not affect web speed.

Thank you for your suggestion, I however have to agree that it does feel like those features fulfill this. That being the case, I am going to for now close this but we can always reconsider.

Just noting that WordPress does have a built-in RSS widget and a fetch_feed() function to retrieve RSS feeds, so it's not quite clear to me what exactly is being requested here.
