New Users being added

Description
My blog has new users being added 5/6 times a day. Some are repeaters but there are also new ones. Not sure what I need to do about this problem. I thought getting Clean Talk would stop the problem but it has not.

I am not sure this is a WP Core bug. Did you set registrations to open?
