Introduce a timeline block

Description

I wish that WP 5.5 has timeline block by default. It will be used to showcase company's milestone, an individual's journey, etc.
There should two option for the same: content timeline & post timeline

  • Currently, I am using "Ultimate Addons for Gutenberg" by Astra for the same.
