Description
Hello! In the latest versions of Google Chrome (80-81) and similar browsers, the fixed background in the Cover block has stopped working. It does not depend on the theme, nor on the installed plugins, nor on the custom code. Checked on working sites, on a local server. Php 7.4 and below. WordPress 5.4. Windows 10 Home Operating System.

Could you check your system settings under Ease of Access > Display and see if "Show animations in Windows" is toggled off? That is likely to be the cause of the issue.
