Description

The now obsolete tables categories, link2cat and post2cat can be dropped after upgrading.

Maybe between RC and final. I'd like to keep them for debugging upgrades.

Some have suggested that we drop for RC1 so that we can see what breaks as a result. Sounds good, so let's put this in and make it very clear that you should backup before upgrading.
