Editing pages error

Description

Hi, I have been experimenting with the new update and I can't see a major difference. For me, an irritating new thing with this update is that I can no longer drag and drop blocks in the editing pages.

The previous version was more fine-tuned and most importantly, I could drag and drop blocks with my computer mouse.

What I noticed with the last version was, when the page was pretty heavy, when I was adding new blocks at the top it would get embedded in the older block below. Furthermore, when I have a heavy page when I clicked on a block it sends me to the top of the page and freezes for a while. I would have to press save, and refresh the page and then the new block created won't be embedded in the previous block and it won't freeze (for a little bit)

@adambrown82 Thank you for opening this ticket! We discussed it in Slack today during a triage session, and thought that this issue would have already been solved by this change to Gutenberg: https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/pull/24852

This change was implemented in version 5.5.2 – could you check to see if the problem is still happening on the latest version of WordPress?

If not, please reply with some more information to help narrow down the problem. Your WP version, steps to reproduce, screenshots, etc.

Otherwise, we'll try to close off this ticket soon.
