5.3.3, 5.2.6 and probably other releases don't not contain fixes in 5.4.1

Description
Although the branche 5.3 seems to have them, a download of the 5.3.3 release (NL in my case) does not contain them.
And 5.2.6 also does not have the fixes in search.php en rss.php
Neither could I select any of those versions in this trac ticket.

We're already tracking this issue in #50094. Only the 5.3 and 5.2 branches are affected.
