Image upload stuck - Upload files

When I try to upload an image in the admin media, it gets stuck when processing... the browser freezes completely, I tried it with firefox and chrome. The problem remains the same. The browser freezes and I can do nothing more than close the browser. I can't upload files anymore.

i have deactivated all plugins, no result. I changed the file permissions and changed the PHP version. Does not help at all.

Hey @bustel ! Thanks for your first ticket! this has been routed to the Media team and we started discussing this issue in a meeting and were having a hard time reproducing the issue.

Would it be possible for you to share error logs from your site or console errors you are seeing in the browser?

Hi all,

I'm also unable to reproduce the issue. It's been 5 years since this was opened, and 3 years since a request for more info was made. Since we haven't had any other reports of this issue and no one else can reproduce it, I'm going to close this ticket to help clean up Trac. Feel free to reopen if you're still experiencing this issue.
