Deleted Post still Showing

There’s an article on my blog, i didn’t write it and it doesn’t exist on dashboard but it’s still showing in my post navigation below content in single page.

I don’t know how to get rid of it, and I’ve contacted my hosting but they said i should contact WordPress developer.
